NEW DELHI, Aug. 12 (Reuters)—An Indian political leader today accused his country and the Soviet Union of stabbing Bangla Desh.

Atal Behari Vajpayee, leader of the right‐wing Jan Sangh party, charged at a rally that there was no mention of Bangla Desh in a Soviet‐Indian communiqué issued yesterday.

“On the contrary, it discusses the interests of the entire people of Pakistan” Mr. Vaipayee declared. “This is a stab in the back of Bangla Desh and amounts to support for the indivisibility of Pakistan.”
