ROME, Sept. 29 (UPI)—Pope Paul VI called today for a worldwide effort to relieve the plight of an estimated eight million East Pakistanis who have fled to India in the wake of civil war and natural disasters. He addressed members of the International Catholic Commission on Migration, who called on him during a conference in Rome.
