NEW DELHI, Nov. 17—Indian troops today repulsed Pakistani soldiers trying to enter Indian territory at Boyra in West Bengal, the Indian news agency, Press Trust of India, reported, quoting official sources. The Pakistanis suffered “heavy” casualties, the report said.
