GENEVA, Nov. 29—The International Commission of Jurists denounced today what it termed the “complete shroud of secrecy” surrounding the fate of Sheik Mujibur Rahman, the East Pakistani leader, since the announcement in August that he was being tried by a special military court. The Geneva‐based private group called on the Pakistani Government to publish details about the trial.
