NEW DELHI, Monday, Dec. 6 (Reuters)—India's Secretary for Foreign Affairs, T. N. Kaul, has asked the United States Ambassador, Kenneth Keating, to meet him today to receive New Delhi's protest against the United States' criticism of India's action in the conflict with Pakistan.
