Background: After returning from his talks with President Yahya Khan and Sheikh Mujib in Dacca, Mr. Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, the leader of the People's Party in West Pakistan, said today (Sunday) in Karachi that Pakistan had been saved. He accused Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the leader of the East Pakistan Awami League, which won a majority in last December's General Election, of wanting an independent fascist and racist regime in East Pakistan.
