Background: As the health situation of the East Pakistan refugees in India teeters on the brink of disaster, aid is being stepped up from individual governments and national and international health organisations. The West German Red has contributed tents and baby food- an aircraft at Frankfurt loaded yesterday (Monday) with 1,000 tents, 15 tons of baby food and medical supplies.
