The war risks rating committee of company and Lloyd's underwriters in London has doubled its war and strike, riot and civil commotion insurance raees on cargoes to and from East Pakistan with effect from last Monday.

The war rate has been increased to 25p per £100 from 12 1/2p and the interior strike, riot and civil commotion rale to 50p per £100 from 25p.—Reuter.
