DACCA, March 4 (AP)—Sheik Mujib proposed today that Pakistan's constitutional crisis be settled by giving each wing of the country its own premier.
He said in an interview that he would agree to a formula under which he would serve as premier of East Pakistan and his West Pakistani rival, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, would be premier of the west.
It was the threat of Mr. Bhutto's leftist Pakistan People's party to boycott the Assembly that led to its postponement. Although the dominant party of West Pakistan, has a minority role in the Assembly.
