NEW DELHI, Dec. 14 (AP)—A Government spokesman said today that 47 Americans were among the foreign nationals who had chosen to remain in Dacca instead of joining air evacuation of foreigners from the besieged East Pakistan capital. A Foreign Ministry official said that they included 17 United States Government trade and consular representatives and that the rest were missionaries, doctors and other professionals.
